How to Track — Step by Step
- Find your reference number. For a debit card, a 13-digit Speed Post tracking ID is generally provided. For a credit card, you are given an application number or reference number; you can find this number in your SMS, email, or bank documents.
- Pick the right tab above. Click on Debit Card, Credit Card, or Other Products, depending on what you wish to track. You can then start tracking.
- Enter the number and submit. Enter your tracking number and click the ‘Track’ button.
- For credit cards, track twice. Check the status of your credit card application; once the status shows “dispatched,” use the tracking number received via SMS to track the card’s location and view delivery details.
- Read the latest event. When you track your card using the tracking number, the information displayed at the very top shows the card’s current status.
