1. About This Site
Courier Tracking Hub is an independent, informational directory that helps people find and use official tracking tools for courier companies, logistics providers, ports, and banks. We are not a courier company, a bank, or a logistics provider. We do not handle, ship, store, or deliver any package, card, or document.
2. No Affiliation
Courier Tracking Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of any courier, port, bank, or logistics company referenced on this Site, including every company named in an individual tracking guide. All trademarks, brand names, and logos mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and description.
3. Use of Tracking Tools
Where this Site provides a box to enter a tracking, docket, consignment, or reference number, submitting it opens a tracking page in a new browser tab. In most cases that is the relevant company’s own official website. Where a company does not offer public tracking on its own site, we open an independent multi-carrier tracking service instead, and the page says so plainly at the point of use.
Either way, the number you type stays in your browser. We do not receive it, store it, or log it, and we have no control over the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of the result shown to you on the destination site.
4. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep guides, status explanations, contact details, and figures accurate, and we check them against the relevant company’s own published information where we can. Every guide carries a “last updated” date. Even so, shipping times, procedures, phone numbers, website addresses, and courier practices change without notice. We do not guarantee that any information here is complete, current, or error-free. For anything that matters, confirm it through the company’s own official channels.
If you spot something wrong, please tell us — see clause 12. We would rather correct it than leave it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this Site to attempt unauthorised access to any system, to scrape or republish our content at scale, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the Site’s normal operation or with other users’ access to it.
6. No Liability for Third-Party Sites
This Site links to external websites operated by courier companies, banks, ports, and other third parties. We have no control over the content, policies, or practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and is subject to that site’s own terms.
7. Site Provided “As Is”
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, or free of errors.

We do not choose the individual ads shown and are not responsible for their content or for any product or service offered by an advertiser.
