What is Mark Courier?

With Mark Courier, you can track the location of your parcel — whether sent within India or abroad — by simply entering the tracking number to check its live location online.

After booking a parcel with Mark Courier, it may take some time for the online status to update; sometimes, the update does not appear immediately. If you do not receive your parcel, you can contact the Mark Courier company to obtain information.

How to Track a Mark Courier Parcel

  1. Find your tracking number. Once your parcel is booked, you will receive your tracking number via SMS or email on your mobile.
  2. Enter it above. You can view the location of your parcel by entering the tracking number into the tracking number box.
  3. Add your mobile number or PIN code. If you are asked for your mobile number or PIN code while tracking your parcel, providing the correct information allows you to view the relevant details regarding your parcel.
  4. Tap “Track parcel”. Your result opens in a new tab. Note that Mark Express does not run a public tracking page of its own, so the result comes from 17TRACK, an independent tracker that carries Mark Express shipments.
  5. Check the latest scan. The entry at the top of the list is your parcel’s current status and location.
Tip No app or account is required to check a Mark Courier tracking status — the process works entirely through the tracking number.

Because there is no public tracking page, the Complain form is the practical route when a parcel is stuck. Have your consignment number, the booking date, and the origin branch ready before you fill it in.

Stay Safe from Online Scams

Important Mark Express has issued a warning to the public, as there is a risk of fraud involved. Scammers sometimes pose as Mark Express employees, contacting people via phone or message and asking for UPI IDs or OTPs under the pretext of delivering a parcel. Please remember that the Mark courier company never asks for money, personal information, or ATM PINs over the phone; do not share such details if requested, and remain vigilant.

This is not a second-hand claim. Mark Express runs its own fraud notice across the top of markexpress.co.in, warning that people posing as its franchisees list fake contact numbers online, then ask callers to transfer charges or hand over bank details, OTPs, and PINs. The company states it never asks for money against delivery or pickup through any payment gateway, and never sends online payment links.

The practical lesson: never call a “Mark Express” number you found in a search result or a message. Use the contact details on their own website.

Courier Tracking Hub is an independent tracking service. If you have any doubt about a payment or a delivery, verify it by contacting the courier company directly.
